Is it illegal to ride a 49cc Gas scooter at the age of 15 in CA?
I wanted to get a gas scooter for my birthday and i was wondering if i could get in any trouble for riding one around my neiborhood. It says it goes 30-37 mph and it doesnt have any lights or anything. would appriciate to hear from anyone asap, thanks.
