ruckus scooter question by David M: What kind of weather can you ride a mooter scooter in?
I live in a town where it doesn’t rain very much and it snows about a couple of inches every year. I’m thinking about getting a motor scooter because it would save me a lot of money. I’m looking at getting a Honda Ruckus. My question is how bad does the weather have to get before I can’t ride it anymore? I don’t mind the elements too much, just I don’t want to ride when I am in serious danger.

Piaggio fly question by Johnz_nyc: Which is a better scooter, the Honda Elite or the Piaggio Fly 150?
Both models are about the same price near $ 3000. I have a local Piaggio dealer/service center as well as a local Honda dealer. Service is not an issue for me. I am concerned that they built the Elite with a 108cc motor and the Fly has a 150 motor. Will the Honda be fast enough for me? I currently ride a Chinese GY6 150cc scooter. Do you know how the 2 scooters will compare to the Chinese one. Thanks in advance for your attention to my question.
